Terms & Conditions
These terms govern use of the Global IT Certification & Accreditation Institute (GITCAI) website, portals, and related services. Last updated October 2026.
1. Acceptance
By accessing gitcai.com or any GITCAI portal, registering an account, submitting an application, or taking an examination, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Who we are
GITCAI provides professional certification and business accreditation programs for IT practice. Contact: info@gitcai.com.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate registration and application information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account.
- Professional certifications are for individuals. Business accreditations are for organizations represented by authorized applicants.
- We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the platform, share exam content, or submit false evidence.
4. Programs, assessments, and credentials
- Program requirements, fees, pass criteria, and validity periods are described on program pages and in your portal enrollment or application.
- Exams and practical assessments must be completed by the enrolled candidate without unauthorized assistance.
- Accreditation decisions are based on submitted evidence and panel review; GITCAI does not guarantee a favorable outcome.
- Issued credentials may be verified publicly using the codes we provide. Public display settings may apply where offered.
- GITCAI may revoke or amend credentials if fraud, material misrepresentation, or serious policy breach is found.
5. Fees and refunds
Where fees apply, payment terms are stated at checkout or in your invoice. Refund eligibility, if any, follows the policy communicated for that program. Administrative, exam, or review work already performed may be non-refundable.
6. Intellectual property
Site content, exam materials, questionnaires, scoring rubrics, certificate templates, and branding are owned by GITCAI or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or publicly disclose assessment content except as expressly allowed in writing.
7. Acceptable use
You must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, scrape protected content, upload malware, harass staff or panel members, or use GITCAI marks in a way that implies endorsement you do not hold.
8. Partner and panel roles
Partners and panel members must follow additional role-specific obligations communicated on acceptance. Confidential application and exam information must not be disclosed outside authorized review channels.
9. Disclaimers
Services are provided on an “as available” basis. GITCAI does not warrant uninterrupted access or that credentials alone guarantee employment, contracts, or regulatory approval. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GITCAI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from credential outcomes.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material program rule changes will be reflected in program documentation or portal notices where practical.
